Website terms / RYBKA.UK
Protect the work. Respect the person.
These terms describe use of Martin Rybka's RYBKA INDUSTRIES portfolio, concept previews and original material. Mandatory rights remain intact.
1. Publisher and scope
The publisher uses the public name Martin Rybka and the project name RYBKA INDUSTRIES. Contact: [email protected]. No separate company status, professional license, defense authorization or regulated financial-service status is asserted by the project name.
The site is a personal creative/technical portfolio. Project names, mission-map activity, speculative technology descriptions and Dream Cart products are concepts and simulations. They do not establish that equipment exists, meets a safety standard or is available for delivery. Product and aerospace images include AI-generated concept artwork. Office compositions are labeled where displayed.
2. Agreement is separate from privacy
Cookie choices, scrolling, visiting a page and dismissing a notice are not agreement to these terms. The wallet address-verification checkbox is a transfer-verification step, not acceptance of these website terms. This static page does not issue a signed contract or centrally verified acceptance receipt. A binding project or license agreement must be separately agreed by the legal parties.
A real service engagement, license or sale needs a separate agreement that identifies the legal parties, scope, price, responsibilities and delivery terms. These website terms cannot substitute for that agreement.
3. Dream Cart and wallet display
Items and prices in the Dream Cart are illustrative. Adding an item, calculating a conversion, acknowledging the preview or opening a wallet does not submit an order, make a reservation, guarantee delivery or incur a charge. The wallet can generate an amount-bearing crypto QR from the illustrative cart total. Scanning it or opening a wallet can lead to a real transfer even though no card processor is connected. Do not transfer money for a concept without a separate, verified agreement for actual goods or services.
The local wallet screen is a display and app-link interface. It does not hold your funds, manage an account, monitor balances, custody assets, exchange currencies or confirm payment. Its receiving addresses belong to the configured publisher destination; they are not addresses newly generated for you. A format check does not establish ownership or guarantee validity.
Rate displays are informational snapshots, can be delayed or unavailable and may exclude fees. The page gives no investment, tax, financial, medical, aviation or legal advice. Verify relevant details independently before using an external service.
The Apple/Google logo animation previews future card/wallet checkout. Card payments remain unavailable until a genuine provider is configured. Opening a crypto wallet is not a completed transaction. Crypto app links depend on your browser, OS and installed apps. The external wallet controls any authorization. Cryptocurrency can be transferred without a card processor and blockchain transfers may be irreversible. If you accidentally send funds to a displayed destination, contact the publisher promptly with the asset and transaction reference; handling and any recovery are subject to technical feasibility and applicable law, with no blanket exclusion of legal refund rights.
4. Permission to use content
You may view and link to the public pages and download the displayed files for personal reference. This permission covers only rights the publisher owns or is entitled to license. A download is not a commercial license, assignment of copyright, model release or permission to imply an endorsement. Do not falsely present the publisher's original work as your own or impersonate the publisher.
For commercial reuse, modifications for publication, sublicensing or a new license, contact the publisher for written permission. Third-party code and assets remain subject to their own licenses; the bundled Three.js license is retained. These terms do not restrict fair use, fair dealing, lawful quotation, accessibility exceptions, honest reviews or other rights supplied by law. No exclusive copyright is claimed merely because an image was generated with AI.
5. Lawful use and concerns
Do not use the website to commit fraud, impersonation, unlawful harassment, unauthorized access or other unlawful conduct. Report reproducible security issues or content concerns to the publisher without sending credentials or private keys. The publisher may correct material or take proportionate steps to protect the site and pursue remedies available under law.
When contacting the publisher, send only material you are entitled to share. Your message does not assign your intellectual property, create a confidentiality obligation or authorize publicity. If confidential collaboration is needed, arrange an appropriate written agreement first.
6. Availability, responsibility and liability
The portfolio and previews are supplied as available. There is no promise of uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, suitability for a particular use, certified hardware capabilities or successful wallet launching. To the extent lawful for a free informational preview, the publisher disclaims implied warranties and responsibility for losses caused by reliance on speculative descriptions or third-party services outside the publisher's control.
Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence where protected by law, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, mandatory data-protection liability, or statutory consumer protections. These terms do not impose an automatic indemnity, punitive fee or liability cap on a visitor.
7. Rights, disputes and applicable law
The publisher reserves the right to seek lawful remedies for infringement, impersonation, fraud or other wrongful conduct, including proportionate requests for removal or court relief where available. Visitors retain the same access to courts, regulators, consumer remedies and lawful defenses. There is no one-way right to sue, forced arbitration, class-action waiver, restriction on truthful criticism or waiver hidden in a cookie choice.
Applicable law and court jurisdiction follow the rules that legally govern the matter, including mandatory protections in your place of residence where applicable. No exclusive foreign forum is imposed by these portfolio terms. You may contact the publisher to try to resolve a problem, but doing so is not a condition for using a legal remedy.
8. Updates and separate agreements
A published revision does not retroactively alter a completed agreement or prior rights. Material changes requiring acceptance need a new explicit agreement. If a provision is invalid, it applies only to the lawful extent and the remaining terms operate only where permitted. A valid, separately agreed contract governs its own scope, subject to mandatory law.
