Device storage and choices
The website's code does not set an advertising cookie, load advertising pixels or run visitor analytics. It uses local storage, a technology covered by similar privacy considerations. Optional storage is off until you explicitly allow it. Browsing, closing the oath strip, or clicking Terms does not give permission.
| Record | Purpose | Control and lifetime |
|---|---|---|
rybka-device-choice-v1 | Your choice, notice version, saved time and expiry; stays on this device. | Essential choice record; 180 days. An expired choice is ignored on the next page use. |
rybka-wallet-display-v2 | Dream Cart, selected currency, wallet labels and display/privacy settings. | Optional. Read and written only with permission; removed on withdrawal or when the page next detects expiry. |
rybka-wallet-rates-v1 | A public exchange-rate cache. Freshness is limited to five minutes. | Stored only with the same optional permission; removed with saved preferences. |
rybka-fiat-attempt-v1 | A future checkout attempt identifier to prevent duplicate requests. | Session storage, only when a live processor is configured and checkout requested. Card checkout is currently unavailable. |
Essential only clears this site's optional saved wallet/rate records. The current in-memory cart still works until you leave or reload. The equally styled Allow preferences button enables remembering; the checkbox and Save choice control let you change it. Reopen Terms in the oath strip or footer at any time. There is no floating privacy button or separate cookie popup.
A cookie choice is not an oath, acceptance of website terms, an order or a waiver of rights. If browser storage is blocked, choices and the cart work in memory for the page. The site's code does not sell data or share it for targeted advertising; Global Privacy Control is consistent with that behavior.
Requested features and recipients
Opening or refreshing the wallet requests public exchange rates. The website first tries its own rate endpoint and can fall back to CoinGecko or CoinPaprika. Direct calls are made with credentials omitted and no referrer; the provider still receives your IP address and ordinary connection/request details. These rate connections are part of the requested rate feature, not advertising cookies; the device-storage toggle controls saving preferences and caches, not those requested network calls.
Where GDPR applies, optional device persistence and associated personal-data processing rely on consent. Delivery, security and the requested public-rate display rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights. The rate proxy retrieves public market data without forwarding browser wallet details or visitor IPs upstream. Providers have their own notices: CoinGecko and CoinPaprika.
The host and security providers receive IP addresses, requested URLs, times and request details to serve/protect the site. Hosting or account settings can add cookies or analytics beyond this code. The chosen providers, processor locations, international-transfer safeguards and access/security-log retention have not been verified from this archive; request the current details from the publisher. This notice must be completed with the actual deployment facts before relying on it as a complete compliance notice.
Local processing and external links
Selected QR images are decoded locally when the browser supports it; this code does not upload them. Copying writes the requested public address to your clipboard; it does not read your clipboard or private keys. The wallet display does not custody funds or monitor actual balances. Following social/email links or opening a crypto wallet sends you to a separately operated service with its own terms. Any transaction is authorized by you in that external wallet.
Messages, retention and rights
Contact details, messages and attachments you send are used to respond, handle rights requests, discuss requested work or resolve concerns. Depending on the purpose, the basis is legitimate interests, steps requested before a contract, contract performance or a legal obligation. Routine inquiries should be removed within 12 months of the last substantive exchange unless an ongoing matter or legal requirement needs longer retention. Contract/accounting/dispute records follow applicable duties and the time needed for legal claims. Hosting logs depend on the verified provider configuration.
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or processing information; object to legitimate-interest processing; and withdraw consent. Contact [email protected]. Requests will be handled within applicable legal time limits with proportionate identity verification if necessary. Never send a private key, seed phrase or card number.
You may complain to the competent privacy authority, including the Czech data-protection authority or your local regulator. Applicable US state privacy rights and mandatory protections are preserved where those laws apply. Future analytics, materially different processing or live sales require updated disclosures and, where required, fresh consent.
